Glading

Kricket spent a couple hours stacking brush piles in the glades.  Jay and I had thinned it out earlier but left most of the clippings alone.  We've found that it takes awhile for the branches to fully decompose and they don't necessarily always get completely buried under the snow.  It's a bit safer also to have them stacked away in piles as it helps prevent you from getting a ski tip snagged by a partly buried branch.

Here is Kricket working on the upper slope (to the skier's left of the tow).

Looking up the same slope.  It's looking good!

Galen and I spent some time hiking around while mom played in the woods.
