Jay Way cutting

We've been making decent progress on the new work road / ski trail aka "Jay Way"

Here is the trail crossing the rope tow after the first switchback about 3/4 up the tow line.

Looking down the tow line from where Jay Way crosses.

Looking up the tow line at the same point.  The top is about as far as you can see.

The other side - where Jay Way trail will be going as it makes its final climb up to the top.

I also started cutting down from the top.  Here is the trail at the 2nd upper switchback.

With a lot of trail to cut - there is a lot of brush to clear as well.  Here is the trail at the 1st switchback.

Bill Matthews also came over to help stack brush.  It looks like Jay is throwing a log on his head in this picture.

It isn't very exciting to report on trail cutting as the pictures don't really do justice to just how much work is being done.  It's coming along!
